Vaccine Murder Case

The worlds first Vaccine Murder Case

The worlds first Vaccine Murder Case has been filed in India’s High Court against Bill Gates III and Adar Poonawalla.

The world’s first lawsuit for “vaccine murder” has been filed in the Indian High Court against Bill Gates III, Adar Poonawalla CEO of Serum Institute of India, and unnamed government officials.

The lawsuit was filed by the Bar Association (IBA), an association of Indian lawyers. The reason: a 23-year-old man died as a result of treatment with Covishield/AstraZeneca, as confirmed by doctors. The deceased had trusted the assurances regarding the safety of the vaccination. In addition, he had acted under duress because the railroad in India requires double vaccination for traveling and his livelihood depended on it.

The government of India’s AEFI (Adverse Event Following Immunization) committee recently admitted that the death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat was due to side effects of the Covishield vaccine. The said report has exposed the falsity of the vaccine syndicate’s claim that vaccines are completely safe.

The applicant claimed the equivalent of $134 million and interim compensation of $13.4 million.

The lawsuit seeks to protect the lives of Indian citizens. According to lawyers, Bill Gates III and Adar Poonawalla are also charged with participating in a conspiracy. Because in India, a person is guilty if he or she allows his or her product to be falsely marketed. Mass murder is also being brought into play.

According to experts, there is no chance that Bill Gates will be released on bail if convicted. It is assumed that all his movable and immovable assets will be confiscated. According to experts, he could even face the death penalty. In India, an interesting civil right exists for social organizations and ordinary people: Any citizen could “arrest” Bill Gates III, Adar Poonawalla, and others implicated in the case and hand them over to the police.

The co-defendant Adar Poonawalla is the CEO of the Serum Institute of India, which was founded by his father in 1966. The Serum Institute of India is producing AZD1222 (Covishield) for AstraZeneca, Covova for Novavax as well as the Sputnik V vaccine.

The corporation received $300 million from the Bill Gates Foundation – through the GAVI vaccine alliance – to produce Covid-19 vaccines.

In India, vaccination under deception or by coercion/coercion or imposing mandatory conditions is a civil and criminal offense. Based on this legal situation, action will also be taken against officials involved who advertised the vaccination as completely harmless.

IBA says, that the lawsuit is not hopeless and that a conviction is likely to trigger a flood of damage claims.

The Indian IBA is an association of lawyers working for transparency and accountability in the Indian judiciary. Its focus is on upholding the rule of law, with the judiciary playing a central role.

Criminal charges

Criminal charges for violating the Nuremberg Code were filed against Fauci, Gates III, Klaus Schwab, the CEOs of Moderna, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and others were filed with the ICC.

Supreme Court Rules Against OSHA Vaccine Mandate

In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court blocked OSHA’s Emergency COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Standard for workplaces 100+ employees on Thursday 1/13/2022 but upholds the CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) Mandate for Health Care Workers paid by Medicare/Medicaid.

The decision on the CMS mandate was 5-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh joining the court’s three Democratic appointees in upholding it.

A very important interview

“This is very serious – these are the biggest crimes against humanity ever committed in the history of human kind”

In this interview the British lawyer Anna de Buisseret describes how those who have explicitly or implicitly aided and abetted governments in a military grade psychological operation have committed crimes against humanity and that they will inevitably be held accountable.

New York is working on a bill to incarcerate people and whole groups of people they deem infectious (via PCR test?) for up to 60 days without court order – and the department decides who is healthy & who is not. The bill would allow the government to detain anyone they consider a health threat to the public.

Although this is horrifying enough there New Yorkers have lined up several more bills for vote next session that are equally abhorrent in terms of human rights violations.

Bill # A08378 would require immunization against COVID-19 for attendance at school.

Bill # A00279 would require a health care provider who administers an immunization to a person nineteen years of age or older to report such information to the department of health or to a regional health information organization – essentially establishing a statewide database

Bill # A02240 / S00045 would require mandatory influenza /flu vaccine for persons / children attending daycare.

Bill # A08398 would limit exemptions from immunization requirements by local governments and private entities to medical exemptions; repeals religious exemptions for certain post-secondary students.

Bill # A03192 / S03041 would permit any child who is at least fourteen years of age to have administered to himself or herself, regardless of parental consent, certain immunizations required or recommended by law.

Bill # A00822 / S00937 would allow children to be administered STD treatments without parental consent.

– and if this wouldn’t be enough New York State Assemblyman Patrick Burke (D-Buffalo) is proposing a bill that would give health insurance companies the option to deny Covid treatment for the unvaccinated.

Several countries are preparing detention centers to incarcerate people they deem infectious. Some countries like Australia already built camps for quarantine and already have people incarcerated, especially Aborigines. Germany has converted juvenile prisons for this purpose.
